RIDE revisited on the PS4. Back to my real racing passion - two wheels! Don't miss the on board footage in the second half of the video :-)
Having played a bit of RIDE on the PS3 I decided to check out the PS4 version having found a copy at a pretty decent price. The first thing you notice of course are the graphics which obviously look better although the old gen version wasn't bad by any means.
Gameplay wise there isn't much noticeable difference but I was definitely a but rusty having spent too much time driving cages lately :-) Once I reacquainted myself with the game the enjoyment factor was just as good as I remember. the only disappointing thing was that none of my PS3 DLC was carried across to the PS4 version, not even the season pass.
I doubt I will shell out the money again, at least not in the immediate future as there are plenty of bikes to keep me interested in the main game.
This race is part of the World Tour in the Classic Supersport 600 series in which I rode the 2000 Suzuki GSXR 600 with all available upgrades fitted. All assists are off and physics set to semi-pro.
